This townhome was set up by our team for a furnished rental unit in the heart of Ballantyne-located in Charlotte, NC. Our client wanted a space that provided both luxury and fun. We gutted the back yard to create an outdoor oasis with pet friendly turf and furnished the inside with a his and hers design aesthetic to invite any new tenant to enjoy their new home. The kitchen no longer has old laminate countertops and the space feels brighter and more welcoming.
